Working On-Line
Our on-line sessions are designed for people navigating the complexities of modern-life - often ambitious, thoughtful and high-capacity, but carrying unhealed parts just beneath the surface. Whether you're balancing career demands, relationships, or internal expectations online therapy offers a safe space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
I bring together trauma-informed counselling, somatic tools and therapeutic coaching to support real-time challenges while also addressing deeper emotional patterns. You don't need to "have it all together" - you just need to show up. The sessions are flexible, confidential and deeply human, creating a powerful container for growth wherever you are.

Equine Facilitated Sessions
Equine therapy sessions offer a powerful. non-verbal path to emotional regulation and self-awareness. Held outdoors with our small family herd, this work supports clients in building trust, softening hyper-vigilance and experiencing connection that is safe, immediate and honest.
Horses mirror our emotional states without judgement. Through co-regulation, grounded presence and compassionate reflection, they help you understand what your nervous system is holding - and what it feels like to be met with calm, non-verbal acceptance. These sessions are ideal for those who feel stuck in talk therapy, need somatic integration, or want to experience healing in a more, embodied, spacious way.
No horse experience is required. All interaction is from the ground, at your own pace, with space for reflection and therapeutic integration before and after.


Counselling & Therapeutic Coaching
This integrative path blends depth-orientated counselling with future-focused coaching. Its for clients who want to work through the roots of their pain and move forward with clarity, agency and new skills.
We explore trauma, limiting beliefs and inner wounds through compassionate, trauma-informed therapy - while also supporting you in building emotional regulation, confidence and real-world tools for life, work and relationships. These sessions are collaborative, dynamic and responsive; rooted in who you are now and where you're growing next.
This is expecially supportive for those navigating change, performance stress, life transitions and identity shifts - who want to heal and grow at the same time.
