As a counsellor for women, I recognize that women’s lives are complex and multifaceted. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where women can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. Together, we can work towards finding your clarity, purpose, and inner wisdom. I believe that by empowering women to connect more deeply with themselves, they can make significant changes in their lives and communities.
As I moved through success, failure and loss in my own life I found that I was seeking to become more than the sum of the parts, more and different from the way the world and family wanted to define or place me. That became a seeking towards depth within and to pulling away the veils I discovered masking my own meaning making. The term "soul-making" became significant. Soul being an ever evolving perspective on life and the making of that perspective emerging from places within beyond imposed ideas or ideals. With that came joy, inspiration, wisdom, and feet that dug themselves into the Earth while the smile on my face increasingly matched the one in my heart.
Sharing that process with women clients has created a shared joy as their hearts blossom too.
